What we choose to keep on our sides and in our pockets can say a lot about a person. The Bag Book explores the relationship between a person and their wallets/bags.
The purse which holds the book acts as its cover, leaving the binding of the book completely exposed. the text is hand painted onto both the flap and face of the bag.
While exploring the ins and outs of a person’s bag, The Bag Book simultaneously explores the possibilities of paper. Folds, varnishes, perferations, and diecuts are showcased throughout the book.
A jumble of busy pages, fun facts, and interactive elements invites the reader to look through the book and discover it’s details as if they were looking through a friend’s bag.
